All student accommodation rooms at Isca Lofts are ensuite and offer great value with rent from £105 per week - including your water and electricity. Reserving your room is easy and secured by a £250 booking fee. To start your tenancy you'll need to supply a £100 security deposit. This will be refunded at the end of your tenancy so long as you've looked after your accommodation and paid your rent, plus any other outstanding charges.
